Great, a reason to eat pizza every day!

I guess if you think about it for around $10-$15 a day you can have your meal delivered right you your house.

Yep! Pizza.....We have it every week. But I also make it at home. I used to work at a Pizzaria in my early days and never got sick of it.

My 88 year old MIL will eat ice cream when she won’t eat anything else. I tell her to eat all she wants.

If she ate a pizza every day for the past three years, he could save her life by not delivering it to her anymore.

Cold pizza and coffee is a fine breakfast, but I would have been dead years ago had I followed such a diet.

My question is, why did it take 3 days if they make her pizza before she orders each day? And the boss STILL tried to tell her not to bother with it...hmmph.

Thanks for posting it. Good news, for once.

How sad, though, that this woman had no loved on to check on her. Or even a neighbor.

As the saying goes, God works in mysterious ways. Without getting too heavy or anything, this story reminded me of a Tolstoy parable.

from the story..”They soon learned that Wilson had fallen on Saturday, and couldn’t get over to a telephone to call for help. Investigators said it’s possible that her pizza-only diet may have saved her life.”

Maybe she could not get to the phone because she weighed 450 pounds from her pizza-only diet?

I wondered how much she weighed & if it had something to do with her fall, but I think if she weighed 450Lbs, she’d be ordering 2 large pizzas every day.

One of my grandmothers lived to 90 on a diet of coffee, beer, cigarettes, and chocolate covered cherries.

He works in mysterious ways, indeed.

Tolstoy? I just can’t remember his work except some of “War and Peace”. Sorry, it’s been about 45 years since I read him, so I will have to take your word. :)

If you ever get a chance, his short stories (10 to 20 pages) are visually richer and more satisfying than any movie out there. They were hugely popular when first published. Lots of Christian themes and are basically parables. Of course now they’re all collected and sold as one book.
