Jackson was right. The Court is not the final or only arbitrator of what is Constitutional.
Obama, however is wrong, and his executive is now as rogue as the 111th Congress was.
The Liberal Messiah could shoot His wife and daughters each in the back of the head and the Democrats STILL would not vote to impeach or remove Him.
Fighting Him must take place on the State and local levels. Battling Him on the federal level is useful, at most, only supplementary.

Right — the Constitutionality of a law is up to every citizen, when challenged in a proper way.
For example a State can nullify a Federal Law or Dicta it deems un-Constitutional, or otherwise fundamentally unlawful.
A Jury can nullify a law at the point it comes to a hearing in a court.
We are come to the pass of near-national ruin because The Presidents and the Congresses have been derelict in their duty to themselves uphold the Constitution — instead they flop off everything to the Court.

Well, that could equally be applied just as loosely to any law the Court strikes down. Obama claims a cloak of law in this -- that HE is interpreting the Constitution in a way that makes this action proper. What the rogue thing about his action is that long established common law -- Natural Law, G-d's Law -- conflicts with Obama's interpretation of marriage.
They now:
1. grant same-sex foreign diplomat couples the same “derivative” diplomatic visas as heterosexual married couples get; effectively recognizing the foreign same-sex unions as the equivalent of marriages...in violation of the spirit, if not letter, of DOMA.
2. grant same-sex US diplomat couples the same privileges as heterosexual married couples, including housing, transportation, and even black diplomatic passports for the “spouses”... in violation of the spirit, if not letter of DOMA.
3. this just started...now grant the ALIEN same-sex partners of US diplomats special “nonimmigrant” “J” visas, allowing them to live and work in the USA, as if they had a green card or US passport... in contravention of DOMA...and grossly abusing the immigration law the agency is supposed to police.
4. Issue new Consular Reports of Birth Abroad without a specific “Father” or “Mother”. Instead the new documents have the words “Father/Mother/Parents” above an area in which the names of two persons may appear in any order.
The benefits described in paragraphs 1-3 are for same-sex domestic partners only. Opposite-sex, unmarried couples need not apply.

yes it is impeachable offense but the people in DC are afaraid to do anything to stop him. I called Boehners office at 1202 225-0600 and informed the woman whom answered to have Boehner reign in this unconstitutional attempt by the POS in the white house. that is what I said.

He has already started it. Remember the money given to black farmers? Which was a fraud because the numbers didn't add up, but of course the media didn't touch it.
Impeachment will never happen, GOP doesn't have it in them. It's going to come down to a forced removal.

Article II, Section 3, Clause 4: [the president]...shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed
Article II, Section 1, Clause 8: [the president]...shall take the following Oath or Affirmation:—"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
Apparently he's one of those guys who feels the Oath expands the powers of the Presidency over the subsequent limitation in Article II. I guess this is standard - the federal law the Gov't will defend depends on the federal district it is challenged in, rather than consistently across all districts.
