Well, that could equally be applied just as loosely to any law the Court strikes down. Obama claims a cloak of law in this -- that HE is interpreting the Constitution in a way that makes this action proper. What the rogue thing about his action is that long established common law -- Natural Law, G-d's Law -- conflicts with Obama's interpretation of marriage.
