I wasn’t thinking of arrest - I was just thinking confiscation of the horns. If the police aren’t willing to keep order in the Capitol, then, yes, call in the National Guard to collect the vuvuzuela.

These loons are only making the taxpayers of Wisconsin more angry by the hour. Everyone is digging out the Unions dirt which will only make the taxpayers even more livid. The backlash will be coming sooner rather than later.
I think bringing in the National Guard would be a HUGE mistake. These demonstrators want NOTHING MORE than to have pictures flashed across the country/world of them being ‘brutalized’ by the NG. Walker would be wise to let them make total asses out of themselves, and then show the damage they’ve done after they’re gone. These thugs are TRYING TO PROVOKE that kind of response. Walker should not fall for it.
I read in the Belmont Club comments about a 2007 change
to the Insurrection Act that might allow the President
to pre-empt a Governor on calling out the National Guard.
IOW, a change in who decides what and who to protect.
Right now I’m on lynx and can’t cut and paste (or don’t
