Elderly 'Teabaggers' Not Dying 'Fast Enough' Laments Libtalker Mike Papantonio
newsbusters ^ | 2/23/11 | Jack Coleman

Posted on 02/23/2011 7:31:24 PM PST by Nachum

Looks like yet another left-winger missed the meme on the New Civility.

Attorney and "Ring of Fire" radio show co-host Mike Papantonio, guest-hosting on Ed Schultz's radio program yesterday, revealed two things -- he hates old people and wants tea party retirees to hurry up and die.

Don't take my word for it, listen to Papantonio's remarks after a caller said he saw "one of these baggers" push a woman during dueling protests over the weekend in Madison, Wisc. (audio here)-

CALLER: And he pushed the woman and, you know, I don't know what caused that or whatever but, two guys, you know, got on him and just grabbed him and took him out of the way and told him to go back to your area, you know, they didn't ...

PAPANTONIO: Go back to the old folks' home.

CALLER: Well, exactly, you know.

PAPANTONIO: That's what you have here. Look, here, let's not miss this, this is a generational war. You have students at universities that are showing up, you have these senile old boneheads that are ol-, I mean, check, look at the pictures, I don't even have to say, look at the pictures, Rich.

you have students there that are in the protest that say, well look, we want to have the same thing you have. We would like to have infrastructure. We'd like to be able to educate our children. We'd like the same quality of life that we gave you.

Yes, it's a well known fact that today's college students have given today's elderly the quality of life they have enjoyed. What an idiot.

This jerk graduated college in 1989, which means he was born around 1968. FWIW, many of those running wild in the streets that year are now eligible for Social Security. This is clearly a case of the revolution eating its own/s

Yeah, Mike, those college students know so much more about life, liberty, work, taxes, responsibility than those old people (who need to die quicker)

Seriously, where do these idiots come from?

Well maybe all those OLD FOLKS need to tell their free loading 20 somethings to get out and find a job. ( oh I’m sorry there aren’t any jobs)

Better yet tell them they don’t get to stay on their parents health insurance. (old people can’t afford it)

Look, here, let's not miss this, this is a generational war.

There is a lot of truth here that we should not miss.
This has always been the case that the young idealistic and naive people are protesting for what they believe.

On the other side are the old wizened realist that are not so easily fooled.

The irony is that most of us old timers have already run our race and are retired. Our lives are already set and the financial and security disasters that are on the horizon will not affect us very much.
The young idealists who are just entering the prime of their lives are the ones who will bear the full brunt of the disasters they are fighting for.

So, he’s 42. He hasn’t figured out yet that time seems to fly. He’ll be 50 before he can say “Jack Robinson”, then he’ll be 60 before he can say “Jack Robinson”, and the “students” then will be calling him an old yahoo and telling him to just die off and take his old Commie talk with him.

I agree with him that “it’s a generational war” But the war should be over debt and tax burdens being passed down to these college students. Quite honestly we do a poor job of communicating this to them. What good is the education and the loans if they’re going to be burdened to the max with taxes and an economy that’s not going to be worth a damn if we don’t get the fiscal house in order? Students have always been politically naive (thus, some of us being “Former Democrats”) but the generations coming thru are going to get screwed big time if things don’t change and change quickly.

Minor nitpick, closer to maybe 1965/67, I was born in 1966 myself, but held back a year in school.

All I can say to Mikey is, "you first, Binky."

I did a little search on him and he was born in 1953. He's better watch what he says, he's getting up there soon.

Now and then, I listen to a show called "Ring of Fire" with Papatanio, and Robert F. Kennedy. These guys are hateful, and just plain crazy. Everyone should tune in once or twice to hear the things that America's leftists believe in.

One of the things they have been pushing lately is a luxury cruise with all kinds of famous lefties like Kennedy, Schultz and that crazy congressman from Florida, Alan Grayson. They advertise it as "Wouldn't you like to spend 7 days with thousands of people who feel the same way you do about Sarah Palin?"

What is really ironic to me, is that sometimes Kennedy almost cries when he preaches about the environment, but he participates in a cruise in big ship polluting the ocean for a week.

Actually, there’s a LOT of (unintended; maybe, I hope) truth here. The best favor we ol’farts can do society is die early, just push off on the ol iceberg!

If Obama was serious about reining in deficits and upcoming deficits, obvious answer #1; repeal cigarette taxes, he!! subsidize the darn things, and buy smokers a free bottle of whiskey (American, with the “e”, don’t want to add to the trade deficit) a week. Any luck, we die before we collect!

Seriously, that was FDR’s original bet. Retirement age was 63 because over half of payers would never live to collect and the heirs had no rights. More than COLAs, more than expanded coverage, more even than Congress spending a fictional “Trust Fund”, what is killing Social Security is we are rude enough to pure and simple LIVE TOO DAMNED LONG!

Obama needs to subsidize cigarettes, and First Lady Michelle needs to visit schools explaing the joys of being “well-insulated” against the 2-3 ft. of “Global Warming” (snow, for those of you who wonder what that funny-looking white stuff is) that reached from International Falls to the Rio Grande

Maybe your Waist equals or exceeds your height, that’s GOOD; youre helping the budget crisis by spending well-taxed dollars on food, preferably food with a lot of fat, and dying early from your mis-guided diet.

I believe you are right.I caught sme of CPAC on C-span and by the looks of the crowd there about half appeared to be nder the age of 30.I know I have 2 nephews (17 and 19) who seem to be very conservative.I’ve done all I could over the years to explain things to them in a way to show them the other side that most news doesn’t tell.Had to laugh we were watching the news on primary night 2004 and they thought it was election night and cheered when they heard Bush and they thought he had won.I hd to explain it was only the primary and that he still had to run against Kerry who they called a Woosie.LOL
