Nope, most big wars were started, escalated by Democrats.
Historically Republican presidents have ended wars.

Exactly. I think many FReepers forget that it has traditionally been the Big Government/Centralization party that beats the wardrums so loudly. "RINO" means someone who is advocating war.

Gee, reminds me of the scene in “Team America” where Hans Blitz (?) kept telling Kim Jong Il that “well write a very stern letter”.

Is this the same UN that voted to put Libya on the human rights council?

Beck may be different and not to everyones liking, but Churchill took the same crap before 1939. I’m sure James T. would have been on board with that.

Wow, the same things were said about Ronald Reagan in 1976-1980.

She quit her Governorship for less than that.

You should get educated on why she did and the antiquated laws of Alaska that allowed FINANCIAL obligations of the state to be forced to be spent on the ridiculous lawsuits that for some reason Alaska allows.

She propbably saved the taxpayers of her state millions in stupid legal bills she could have made them pay for. Frankly, I never realized before that Alaska still had ages old stupid laws on the books.

Absolutely agree. Five have fallen, one is now, one is yet to come, then the 8th, who is of the 7th.

1 - Egypt
2 - Assyria
3 - Babylon
4 - Medo/Persia
5 - Greece
6 - Rome
7 - Ottoman
8 - revived Islamic caliphate

Sequential empires who ruled the “beautiful land” over time.

The 8th CAN’T be a revived Roman Empire, based on John’s clear distinction. He says that 6 IS, then 7 is different, and 8 is of the 7th, NOT the 6th. He also says that the beast WAS and IS NOT - can’t be Rome.

Looking at eschatology with Islam in mind brings a bone-chilling clarity. The caliphate was wounded, seemed dead, and will come alive again. The head wound is not on an actual person but a kingdom. I highly recommend Joel Richardson’s book on this subject.

I really really want to say..Europe made the mess let them clean it up.

We do not live in the 1800's anymore.

What happens in the Middle East today will affect Main Street, USA next week.

NATO has become a sad joke of its former self, and doesn’t have the stomach for picking a fight in Libya.

The reaction will probably be limited to having U.S. air power engage in target practice against the Libyan Air Force.

Again.

Beats Huck, Mitt, Newt et al. Daniels isn’t going to run (thank goodness - he’s too squishy) so the default is Pawlenty. Too goofy looking for the media obsessed morons even on the right.
