Whether he is or isn't, if the above is true...he would be in the same boat as Chester Arthur. Born in the country to a citizen mother and a foreign national father. Clearly NOT a "natural born Citizen" as known and intended by the framers.
but indeed, much closer than Barry!

Andy Martin believes anyone born in the United States is a Natural Born Citizen. That is why he skirted the questions about his father.
I doubt Andy will gain enough petitions to obtain ballot status anyway. We shall see.
