I went to Basic and OCS with guys who were obviously gay. No one said anything about it. Everyone made fun of everybody. Jews, Blacks, Hispanics, inner-city punks, hicks. Everybody got ripped on. Except the gay guys. It was unspoken that if you made fun of them, they would go to the cadre and you would be screwed. But in the end we were all brothers.
This is not going to go over well.
I'd say this about most of the homosexuals. But the militant activists will use this as a spearhead. It will only take a few, and they will be able to steamroll an entire unit. It's a blank check.
