Gingrich is a pimp.

Obama is not refusing to enforce the law. If he did so, I would support his removal.

Rather, he is exercising the independent judgement which is the right of EACH branch, in this case a judgement about what arguments in court by the Solicitor General are valid.

As soon as he commands the IRS to tax homosexuals pretending to be married at a lower rate, I’m right there.

But Presidents and Congress have been MUCH too deferential to the (nonexistent) power of judicial modification of the Constitution, and if rebelling against THAT is all he’s doing, I’m OK with it.

You are missing one essential point, zero stated he found the law unconstitutional, and, therefore, will not defend it in court. what part of he isn’t a pharoh to decide which laws he will or will not defend?

We have 3 branches of government - not zero’s one man rule.

Nobody is above the law. This implies that the law applies to everybody. This means that nobody, including the POTUS, can simply ignore laws that they don't like.

You have no clue what you are talking about.
