Serious question here: Could the ratings drops be due to not collecting/recording listeners that use smartphones, tablets, computers? In other words, non-radio listeners of radio programming?
I often wonder if TV networks tabulate “other than a TV” viewers in their collective numbers when they calculate ratings/shares of shows?
