Get your food locally - best from a farmer’s market or even better if you grow it yourself. If you don’t know where a food product is from, choose something else. It’s important for your health, but also helps keep American dollars in America.

Watch your pets food too. We lost a really good Great Pyrenees to that melamine stuff the ChiComs sold as protein to our pet food industry
