Dual citizenship could force Thai leader from office

Late last week during a debate in Parliament, Thailand’s Prime Minister Abhisit Vejajjiva publically admitted his dual citizenship for the first time. The 46 year-old Thai/British citizen has been prime minister since December of 2008 (the youngest prime minister in nearly 60 years) after a political career that began with his election to Parliament at the youthful age of 27. Until last week Abhisit had successfully concealed his British citizenship.

In spite of overwhelming evidence that Obama is not a natural-born-citizen and does not meet the constitutional requirements to be president, our timid politicians have maintained a conspiracy of silence. This once great country has turned into a nation of wimps. Of the 535 members of congress not one has come forward and questioned Obama's eligibility.

Split allegiences are COMPLETELY inconsistent with the highest office in the land. An asian country can see that. But the standardbearer of democracy cannot?

Because this once great nation has become an authoritarian police state, largely but by no means exclusively under Republican administrations. Both of the government parties have worked together like gandydancers in the past 22 years to nail down, curtail and interfere with traditional American liberties.

Ruby Ridge and Waco were both intended as object lessons for the general public, and even if they don’t go so far as to shoot your child in the back or your wife in the head or burn you alive, the power to tax is the power to destroy. No one wants to be the first to go down.

Nevertheless, the fall of Yugoslavia, Romania and the Soviet Union underscore the fact that Leviathan has feet of clay, and all tyrants eventually go the way of Ozymandias.

Look, everyone knows that Thailand has a much more sound form of governance than our own. Cut our Congress some slack... /s

Now although that was meant as levity, the fact of the matter is..., our Congress is proving this very thing. And that is NO JOKE.

Even Obama’s big supporter Governor Abercrombie from his supposed birth state Hawaii, couldn’t come up with the goods. And he tried!

Congress snoozes on none the less.

And here I thought our government was better than that of any other nation. It turns out, ours appars to be more corrupt than at least one other nation.

They IGNORE the British citizenship and only focus on the Kenyan citizenship.

The Kenyan constitution does have its new citizens in 1963 specifically KEEP their Commonwealth Citizenship (Chaper VI, section 95(1).

So Obama kept his British Citizenship even after Kenyan Independence. He never renounced it. He is TODAY a dual citizen.

I believe that King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand holds American citizenship as he was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts while his father was attending school there and I dont believe he was in the USA with diplomatic immunity.

By Paul R. Hollrah. He quotes parts of the Kenyan Constitution perfectly. But leaves out Section 95(1):

“Every person who. under this Constitution or an Act of Parliament. is a citizen of Kenya or who, under any law for {he time being in force in a country to which this section applies. is a citizen of that country shall, by virtue of that citizenship, have the status of a Commonwealth citizen.”

He read it, he quoted it. But chose to ignore the key clause that states you are still a Commonwealth citizen.

Interestingly, while Wikipedia directly says he lost his CUKC citizenship, the actual article from Factcheck is not that direct. Factcheck implies it but does DIRECTLY say it.

So you can see how the complexities of Obama’s citizenship are used to create even more smoke in the edibility issue. Obama did not ‘lose’ anything in 1963.
