Noble Energy out of Houston...was already at 13,000 feet when they had to pull and plug it. They should be drilling through the cement around the end of March and reach the targeted depth by late May.

The court ordered this. But I’d betcha anything it’s not going to happen.
Obama wants to see us go down in flames...and if he can’t achieve that, he wants to see us grind to a halt. Preventing drilling is a big part of this, and his administration is just saying they will drill in hopes that the court will back off. But he’s still not going to do it.

NO gas, oil, oil sands, shale oil, on or off shore especially on the east coast of the U.S.. where there is much oil.. Bakken project in the Dakotas, Alaska, the Gulf, deep drilling in areas where only the shallow oil has be recovered.. but deeper oil has been found..
The Obamaoids have hamstrung U.S. domestic oil/gas recovery.. ON PURPOSE..

Mostly privately held mineral rights. Obama only has say over the Federal Land. We're drilling the bejeebers out of the Bakken and Three Forks up here. (rig count over 160 in ND alone)
