Now Gov. Walker needs to call on the Quincy, Illinois Riot Police to clean the Rif-Raf out of the State Capitol building. Hut-Hut-Hut!

Notice Rep Mocan confronts the Capitool Police and has the issue changed Protestors can enter the building if they are accompanied by a State Legislator. When the legislators leave for the day, are they now required to leave with the legislator. It is vague there.

The Capitool Police are the ones making for the problem they are doing policy making in defiance to the DOA. The problem is the liberal police chief of the capitol police. It is time to get rid of a Chief of police whom in his own in Middleton Wisconsin has been unable to keep his own children in line, the same children utilize the issue of calling out that their daddy is the chief of police at the capitol hoping it will intimidate the police it has not and the little brats have to face the consequences of its action.
What we have going on by the capitol Police is best quoted by Emer de Vattel Law of the Nations page 93
“The constitution and the laws of a state are the basis of tranquility, the firmest support of political authority, and a security for the liberty of the citizens. But this constitution is a vain phantom, and the best laws are useless, if they be not religiously observed: the nation ought to watch very attentively, in order to render them equally respected for those who govern, and by the people destined to obey. To attack the constitution of the state, and to violate its laws, is a capital crime against society; and if those guilty of it are invested with authority, they add to this crime a perfidious abuse of power with which they are intrusted.” quoted word for word from page 93. If you wish I will find the quote about police. I will do it in another post, I just have to find it once again, a couple minutes.

Here is Emer vattel page 193-194 in regards to internal police
‘the internal police consists in the attention of the prince and magistrates to prserve every thing in order.wise regulations ought to prescribe whatever will best contribute to the public safety, utility and convenience; and those who are invested with authority cannot be too attentive to enforce the. By a wise police, the sovereign accustoms the police to order and obedience, and preserves peace, tranquility, and concord among the citizens.”

Yeah. I think I read the unions have been bussing them in from as far as New York.

The decision seemed to run counter to Capitol tradition and the spirit of the state Constitution, which says officials cannot prohibit individuals from entering the Capitol or its grounds.

I doubt the "spirit of the Constitution" includes month-long pajama parties for radicals.
