The gas companies clearly state that their product could KILL YOU. These drugs are being sold as “bath salts.” If they’re not bath salts, and some 90 year old lady buys them thinking they’ll help her arthritis, the biggest issue is that she gets home and doesn’t have a salty bath.
It’s called false advertising. They’re clearly not intended for use as bath salts, but they’re being sold as such. I don’t care if people want to use it, I’m more concerned about the ramifications if some baby puts one of these packets in its mouth and inhales some of the “bath salts” from the open package.
I’m all for libertarian principles when it comes to drugs, but this is clearly false advertising and, at worst, malicious intent to defraud or cause harm.
