I bet they would sound the emergency sirens, declare martial law, bring out the tanks if a person left a brick (500 rounds)lying around.
I bet they called a SWAT team, a bomb disposal specialist or a robot to pick it up.
Or to really muck them up and to create a national furor, mail them out in a couple thousand envelopes, or tape one to a small helium balloon, let go with a couple thousand balloons upwind.
A friggin nation of lambs with all its neighbors building slaughterhouses.

What a chuckle. I love that video.
This past weekend, I was teaching my wife on the handling and loading techniques to be used on my rifle. I made the mistake of holding up a cartridge and pointing out the "shooty end" versus the "non-shooty" end. She was not amused and the look she gave me indicated that she did not need a rifle to kill anything that was within 10 paces of her.
