One of the dirty little secrets about that Kosovo/Serbia conflict in the late 1990s is that some of the strongest supporters of Kosovo were the same "neo-cons" who ended up in the Bush administration and orchestrated the Iraq mess.

Hummmm, and which American president established Kosovo as a Islamic, Jihadist state? Thanks a lot Bubba. The Republic of Kosovo is not an "Islamic state" - it is a parliamentary democracy whose current governing parties are secular, not religious.
There is no evidence that the terrorist murderer in question was acting on behalf of the government of Kosovo in any capacity.
Leave the putting of rhetoric over facts to Democrats.
