A conservative advocacy group wants to know if the U.S. Justice Department had any behind-the-scenes correspondence or communication with various law firms and/or groups that are suing California over its voter-approved ban on same-sex marriage. Read the letter by Tony Perkins requesting all correspondence under the FOIA. I’ll be surprised if they get the information; it would be uncharacteristic of this Obaminstration to obey the law.
