Read the e-mails between Senate Minority Leader Mike Miller and Madison Mayor Dave Ciesliewicz. It appears the 14 Senators orchestrated their trip to Illinois to buy time for unions all over the state to work out new deals.

There is collusion between some politicians and public sector employee unions.

Oooh a realization ... well golly, perhaps better late than never.

I’ve negotiated numerous labor contracts for public agencies. In most cases, my bargaining team was composed of managers and administrators who were in the same group, for insurance purposes, as the employees the union was representing, and stood to get the exact same benefit increases the union mugged the taxpayers out of. They could also count on getting the same raise as the union members after the contract was settled.

The governing body of the agency invariably had a least one or two, and sometimes a majority, of elected members who were elected with strong union support, and in a few cases even had members of the union elected. The entire process of public agency union collective bargaining is rotten to the very core, and amounts to no less than legally sanctioned plunder of the treasury. No one represents the public and the taxpayer in the process, and if there was any justice the corrupt politicians who foist this system on the American public in many states would find their rotten carcasses rotting in jail.

dimoKKKRATS caught red handed fleecing the tax payers to help their union buddies so that they can contribute money to the DNC. Just an old fashion con-game at the expense of the tax payer.

"That's the way collective bargaining works. It ought to be a negotiation, but at the end of the day we want to have good working relationships between labor and management here in Madison."

Good relations and no money works for me.

For the WI ping list.

They were trying to buy some time so they could ratify new contracts to protect workers from benefit cuts. Citizens for Responsible Government Rep. Chris Kliesmet says, "This suggests, and this is a harsh word, collusion. There is collusion between some politicians and public sector employee unions. Period."
Just as has been speculated on the WI board!

Democrat corruption in a concentrated parasite nest (”city”) like Madison, Wisconsin?
No. That just can’t be. I’ll believe it when our crackerjack FBI hands up the indictments.

And I have been saying this for awhile and being politely FR ignored. I am tellin' you all if we don't start muckraking the democrats across the coals and forcing prosecutions we're are going to lose the battle to keep our country a Nation of Laws!

IF the GOP won't prosecute, and we really need to stop depending on them to do this, it is up to We the People to demand justice!

thanks for the information. there is probably a lot more to come. keep in mind Dane County being the liberalist county in Wisconsin. The State Offices being staffed by primarily Democrats as employees will show forth a lot more corruption and greed to slow the attempts of Governor Walker.

There will be more complicity discovered within the ranks of the State Employees in Madison. It will not just by the Secertary of states Office, it will include department of administration employees department of Transportation, Police Capitol, City, County and State, Fire and others.

having lived in Madison. My eyes were opened to lots of issues that I never saw before in my lifetime. In doing a required practicum course for working with people whom are developmentally disabled in supported employment. My eyes were opened to the issue of a ‘partner’ of an attractive female. A partner being her female partner.

I asked to switched to a different worksite immediately for the practicum. I was switched to a Christian organization Intervarsity Christian fellowship to do my practicum of people with dvelopmental disability in Supported Employment. A much nicer place to finish the requirements for a BSW. An MSW had a whole different requirements and a different set of learning experiences.

One thing I can remember being told I must be able to be come more tolerant of others with diverse views and so forth. My response was no I do not have to be tolerant , because the tolerance to my own diverse views is being told I am wrong. Being a conservative in Madison was a challenge.

Unfortunately there will be more corruption and diversionary tactics discovered at many levels throughout Dane County, City of Madison and within the State of Wisconsin, governemt at all levels.

As FR do we expect not to see how corrupt and devious the Democrats are. They will not go out of power unless the kick and scream and strive to do collusion, corruption and even commit crimes to justify their existence. A democrat whom is in power will not go without striving to destroy an entire State, so the union idiots can foster their own deception.

What these IDIOTS at the city level fail to realize is that they’ve just signed their LIVES away to the unions! Once the budget is passsed, and it will be, the money flow from State Government to the cities and municipalities will be drying up!

So, they have essentially locked themseves in to more costly union contracts...and there won’t be money to pay for them! (Not that there even is now!)

So, look for garbage strikes and no road repairs in your near future! Hope you don’t need a cop or a fireman or an EMT to help yo, because they’ll be on strike, or so short-handed as to be unavailable!

Thanks again, Liberals! Man, you guys sure know how to screw the taxpayer at every turn...all for the benefit of your union buddies! Grrrr!

Meanwhile, as everyone is focused on the corruption issue, the rush to get new public sector contracts to protect workers from benefit cuts will amount to a huge tax increase in local communities, if Walker’s budget repair bill passes. There will not be the state funds supplied to the local communities to cover the union mandated (negotiated) increases - as was done under Doyal et al in the past.

If the bill passes, then the unions and their shills in the Dem Party will attempt to blame locally imposed tax increases on Walker.
