That will happen here in Wisconsin before the end of the year. Have to get the budget fixed first.
WI currently has no CCW provision at all. The legislature previously tried to pass CCW, but it was vetoed by the Dem governor.
With the Fleebaggers out of town, they can't pass licensed CCW, since that would require an appropriation for the record keeping. But they CAN pass Constitutional Carry without any need for the Dems.
