Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the environmentalist from America’s star-crossed political dynasty, was probably just looking for an excuse to bash Prime Minister Stephen Harper in his latest contribution to the Huffington Post.
“Harper, often referred to as ‘George W. Bush’s Mini Me,’ is known for having mounted a Bush-like war on government scientists, data collectors, transparency, and enlightenment in general,” wrote Kennedy. “He is a wizard of all the familiar tools of demagoguery; false patriotism, bigotry, fear, selfishness and belligerent religiosity.”
But in the effort to further this point, Kennedy presented information that was more “false or misleading” than the developments he attempted to explain to a primarily U.S. readership with a dubious exclamation: “Fox News will not be moving into Canada after all!”
Good catch kcvl
So it seems that Kennedy is misrepresenting Canada at every turn...
