Post 53 above...
For the first time in all the years I've been on this forum, I will reveal my first name on a thread: Michael, from the warring angel. And true to form, I have always been a warrior - as was my father William before me, and his father Washington before him. I think it is in our Scottish blood. It goes back to the days when our forefathers screamed "Creagan an Fhithich!!!" when fighting. I am a proud member of a sept of the clan McDonnell of Glengarry. So far as I can find, every man has been a warrior under either the Saltire, Old Glory, or the Stars and Bars - and I have traced my heritage back to the building of Invergarry Castle on Loch Oich in the highlands.
I am a warrior and I will not give quarter to these "numpties"!
Regards,
Raven6
BTW: My heritage was also the source of my radio callsign will active, which I now use as my screen name here on FR. "Creagan an Fhithich", the battle cry for my clan, translates to "Rock of the Raven", which is the location, so to speak, of the aforementioned castle. Also worthy of note is the fact that E.A.Poe is my verified 6th cousin, and author of "The Raven."
