Who in the Navy is going to authorize his promotion to E2?? He should stay in the slammer for a long, long time.

And I bet he wasn’t selling it to what he believed were Canadians either.

Paul O'Donnell, a spokesman for the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, said investigators were confident no classified information was actually delivered to anyone not authorized to see it. He's had a TS clearance for 3 years and November was the first time he tried selling classified documents? I'm a little skeptical about that one.

I wonder who he thought he was selling the information to.

I was wondering the same thing too.

We should have started long ago. Hanson, and the Walkers would have been a deterrent. If we would have hanged them all, preferably on TV, this type of treason may be rare.
Now, let's make Manning a deterrent.

Minkyu seems to be a Korean name. Which is why I thought of North Korea.

He could go to jail for trying to sell the info to our allies also I guess. I’m sure there are plenty of functioning spy rings all around the US.

Martin handed over documents in exchange for two payments of $1,500 in cash, for which he signed a receipt using a code name, the warrant says. Signed a receipt, SIGNED A RECEIPT??!? How stupid can you get?

Bragg? Maybe they could just let him have a night time stroll up around the stockade... Accidents happen. It’s dark out and everything...

While he's been held in the brig at Norfolk Naval Station, he has advanced from a petty officer 3rd class to petty officer 2nd class. Shoot, before they can get him court-martialed Obama will probably make him Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Gay? Like Manning? Who knows?
Some traitors have sex with foreign agents. It doesn't look like he went that route.
I wonder if he has steady girl?
Probably not. A gal would have asked for a lot more than $3,500. She could spend that real quick.
He's probably a loner
