If one illegally and knowlingly enters a race, could their fund-raising also be illegal, as in money-laundering ?? Rico this.

It's foolish to think Obama won't be the Democrat candidate in Nov 2012 even if those law pass. They're good laws to have on the books but Obama's used the "Birther" nonsense as a political tool to diminish his opposition as fringe kooks. I don't for a second think he doesn't have the documentation. He's a crafty schemer, not a leader. You make a mistake calling him "O'dumbo" and underestimating him will give him 4 more years.
That's a very real fear. Just look at all these Freepers distracted by Obama's "Birther" red herring. Pass the laws requiring documentation and be done with it.
