This is not about showing an id so the voting process is safer. This is a global push to make EVERYONE in the world have a national id. When implemented you have to carry card at all times.

I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to be reduced to a barcode kept in a national database filled with personal information that would without a doubt leak into a huge array of government surveillance activities. Aren’t we tracked more than enough as it is?

You got that right. We are rabidly opposed to the REAL ID act and it has not been implemented in GA. Its none. of the govts business where we go or what we do as long as we don’t break the law.

My position is that we already have a National ID card and that is the Social Security card. We don’t need some new card with a tracking chip implanted in it. By the way if we do get forced into a REAL ID card just make sure you put it in the microwave for 15 seconds as soon as you get it. That will disable the tracking chip. Same with your passport. All the new passports have a chip.
