The SOB should have his eyes gouged out, his ear canals and eardrums scraped out with a Kabar, the place on his face where his nose was hollowed out with an entrenching tool, his tongue ripped out, his arms and legs chopped off, his balls smashed to goo with a sledgehammer, his spinal cord cut in two at the base of his skull... then he should be dumped alive, late at night, naked and badly burned into an open Guadalajaran sewer, with a note nailed to his broken jaw saying, “Courtesy of the Gringos, whom you WILL learn to fear.” And as fast as they send more animals to us, we return them in the same condition. I’m willing to bet this guy had a previous record. And being in SFO..he probably was jailed and set free with deportation.
Just guessing, but crimes like this are not usually first time.
The Judge needs to be removed. This guy attempted murder and nearly succeeded. He should be in jail for at least life.

It is speculated that some of the mutilations inflicted on her (possibly including the bisecting that was the cause of her death)were done so while she was hanging upside down. If true, can you guess why her killer did that?
Because when you hang someone upside down, all the blood flows to their brain. They cannot lapse into unconsciousness.
