Really? Didn't stop you passing 0bamacare.
The Constitution makes it clear that the Executive branch is to enforce ALL Laws, not picking and choosing which laws to enforce.. like DOMA and the the Border Laws.
Of course he does.....
.....It’s only a shame, the answer you would hear if you asked him the meaning of the Second Amendment. I’d venture to guess that most all here wouldn’t agree with his answer.
Basically, what this weasel is saying is that he believes that there IS a second amendment.
Well he didn’t want to buy GM either did he?
Whatever he says - expect the opposite.
Sure, and I believe in Obama.
His failure to enforce the Border laws alone deserve impeachment. DOMA, 2nd Amendment, etc should also b4e cause. Yet the Republicans fear even saying it out loud.
Obama responded: Well, the Second Amendment in this country is part of our Constitution, and the president of the United States is bound by our Constitution.”
What he really wanted to say was “Thanks to the $#%$%& Constitution I can’t send out the Civilian National Defense Force to confiscate all the weapons so I’m unable at this time to install the final part of my Marxist Totalitarian Dictatorship”
Here is a link to a website that offers 39 reasons to impeach Obama at http://www.amorian.org/2009/09/10/the-big-list-of-reasons-to-impeach-is-updated-after-the-obama-sept-9-2009-address-to-congress/
He believes they exist and must be circumvented, just the way he believes in the 2nd Amendment.
That 2nd amendment supports the right of the "militia" to keep and bear arms. Anyone else who wants a gun will have to join the government's standiny Army of agents and other armed operatives. (The "Living" Constitution).
All he did was make two unrelated statements - he did not tie them together. He’s a slippery one!
