They are going to have to return before 30 days are up because that is when the Gov can declare their seats vacant & hold new elections. And what happens if they return, pick up their checks, and run away again for another 29 days? Are the Republicans going to chain them to their Senate desks? Perhaps this is the theater they intend to partake in?
If they return and run again, the Repubs should take the gloves off and just pass Right to Work.

Upon their return, they can be held by the state police.
