Got this off Fox, will need a refutation citation, then I will ask for it to be pulled.
My guess is trial balloon. They won't give up because collective bargaining is the linchpin of their power. What's hurting them is they can't find a defense for this. They keep testing strategies and kept getting slapped down.

I know - we’ve been reading the exact same post here, it seems, for days! IF they come back, then we’ll know for sure, but there is no point in this conjecture when these bullies are viewed as martyrs by the rabid left.
God only knows about these demons, and FNC and others should knock it off until they are actually back in WI.
