Let’s remember that this is the same guy that argued for the killing of an infant born alive as a result of a botched abortion.
I understand your point re the 15th, although I thought that the date was the 18th, but why is it necessary to defund something that is unconstitutional?
Every new budget has to contain new authorizations. I doubt Congress can get away with naming PP as a restricted organization (been there, done that, squashed flat with Acorn) but it can say “no organization which provides abortions to women” or “all organizations except those which provide abortions to women.” Let Congress have this cat fight even at the cost of a government shutdown. Obama deserves it.

The prevailing notions of what is unconstitutional have sadly shrunk in the days since Davy Crockett. I almost wish conservatives could pitch as much of a hissy fit about it as the lefties in Wisconsin, but it’s not in their noble character.
He will honor this promise right after he closes Gitmo. ;-)

Let's also include infants born alive as a result of an induced birth; then left to die or murdered. This is the case of Dr. Kermit Gosnell, charged with murder when he performed illegal late term abortions by inducing labor in his patients, delivering the babies alive, and then snipping their spinal cords to kill them. The question is, how many other baby murderers are busy snipping spinal cords of babies when the mother decided late in the pregnancy that a baby was not going to work for her. If Zer0 had his way, babies born in the late term could have their lives ended with the snip of the scissors.

The president seems to care less what the people want! He will tell us how much we must pay, then tell us how they will spend it!
We may not be able to stop them from killing their own preborn (and often their just born) but we can stop the funding!
Seems to me he should worry about the $105 billion Bachmann found that she wants to cut from Obama care. She says she is willing to go to the mat for that.

good, put it in every bill and give american’s a rest from the useless, liberty limiting bills that they make..then make some really big budget cuts and leave it off....
But now we have a socialist punk in the WH trying to continue the national plan to kill babies.

Just twist some Dems’ arms and override. They have to be getting tired of him sooner or later.
