If I heard this correctly, the Congress voted in a “self-funding” mechanism that funds this legislation despite the coming and going of many congresses over the course of many years.
How can that be possible given that each Congress is responsible for its own decisions?
That seems like complicit chicanery to me for anyone to suggest that THEY GOT AWAY WITH IT.
Well they almost did...Maybe the blatant nature of this issue may blow a few of the culprits out of the water this time...
We need to demand that someone(s) head(s) need to roll on this one...Recoup the money, and give it back to the people as a tax break or benefit of some sort...
