Did not a Federal Judge declare the Law as a whole unconstitutional - does that not also invalidate the $105B hidden appropriation?
Well, the money is already out there...
Convince (or compell) the recipients of that wad of cash to turn it back in and see what happens...
The problem I have with this now is that if the bill had not passed, would the hidden appropriations be fraudulent???
So now that it is law, does that mean the law itself and those who inserted these appropriations in the last two hours before the vote make it illegal???
Not that I am playing devils advocate here, but it seems to me that it was highly irregular, and underhanded to do this, yet it does not appear to be illegal in the conventional sense...
It just pizzes everyone off, and I am hip to that, totally...
The key here is to find out who’s palm got greased, why, and then bring the court of public opinion down on them hard!!!
