Four rolls of Scott toilet tissue for FOUR DOLLARS at Wal*Mart last week. That’s insanity. It’s all recycled paper. Three and a half bucks of it was probably Teamsters Union transport costs.
The Coupon Whisperer has about a two month supply of TP that cost him NOTHING. In about a month will stock up again on FREE TP. Anybody who shells out those bucks for TP deserves to get ripped off.

This may sound crass, but why buy name brand TP? By the TP with the “bunny” on it - it’s a Wal-Mart brand (Great Value), but it’s soft, strong, and cheaper than name brand.
