Marine Le Pen could well be France’s first woman president particularly if the FN takes a hard stance on Islamization. I was in Paris shortly after the first Islamic riots in 2005 and the local French people I talked to were hoping Sarkozy would take a very hard line on the rioters. I think he lost a lot of support when the riots only got worse. A terrorist attack in France by Islamic jihadists could sway voters toward the FN especially if Le Pen calls for a crack down on Islamic radicals in France.
