I don’t like that it clearly hurt Mark’s feelings. That makes me unhappy. It doesn’t, however, change my opinion. I love him in print; he’s one of the best in the world — but on the radio, I switch stations when he subs for Rush.

I would not take it that you hurt his feelings. I think he likes to remind himself that not everyone love what he says or in your case everything he does. It might be an exercise he engages in to keep himself humble.

I view him like Coulter on TV. Steyn nor Coulter are as good on tv or radio as they are in print. But they are still good in my view, but they are at their best in print where they can turn a well crafted phrase.
