What happens when someone with no executive experience takes over the toughest executive job in the world? Since weve not seen that situation in most of our lifetimes even John Kennedy, the last President elected with no executive experience in government or the private sector, had some command experience in the Navy we had little hard evidence to predict failure to manage the executive branch of the US government, but it was rather easy to presume that on-the-job training at that level would be problematic, to say the least. Today, the Washington Post reports that even Barack Obamas own Cabinet has been so mismanaged that Obama had to create a new position to run it for him:
During the first two years of President Obamas term, the administration fully embraced just a few of his superstar picks people such as Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates and Education Secretary Arne Duncan. But many more agency chiefs conducted their business in relative anonymity, sometimes after running afoul of White House officials.
Both sides were deeply disgruntled. Agency heads privately complained that the White House was a fortress that was unwilling to accept input and that micromanaged their departments. Does he have a gay procurement czar yet? What about a golf scheduling czar? After all, we don’t want him to have to bother with all these pesky details.
He needs an executive branch czar. Then he can just do what he wants and golf full time.
The country would almost certainly be better off, since no one could possibly do a lousier job than him.

One Czar to rule them all...
Cabinet Communications Director Tom Gavin Better to Coordinate with and utilize cabinet members -
That job is called the President of the US. Communication and coordination is what a president does what an absolute dofus.
(took me awhile to post school bus could not get up the hill, slidding down the hill. had to call again to get someone to salt the street snowing again.
It’s not widely known, but he has a czar just to watch me. I can see him out there across the road as I type this, leaning against my mailbox with his little black beret, sunglasses, and jackboots. Parks his black Chevy Volt down the street. It’s got about 3 NPR tote bags in the back seat, so I know it’s his.
More like a walk-out-of-the-closet czar.
Don’t die on him. You’ll uncreate a job.
Ha! Good one.
