Trial lawyers are the one of the biggest problems in this country. I don't see how to ever beat them. They are and control the courts. OJerko is living off them now.
The states have enormous power over the lawyers and some have put them under better control than others. We just need to keep moving toward those which are controlling them best. I understand the complexity of fighting this battle but it can be done. Lawyers are not the most popular interest group there is.
