- A woman well known for fighting laws that crack down on illegal immigrants is now being sued by the state of Indiana and I know why she was for fighting laws that crack down on illegal immigrants, it really was making her dollar grow.

".... Barber's advice caused the client to be deported, when they might have had cause to remain in the U.S..." She is getting them deported! Seems like she is actually performing a public service, one that the DHS is failing to accomplish.
