QUINCY The author of a book on the Oklahoma City bombing says a homeless man arrested in Quincy on Wednes day is the same man identified by several witnesses to the bombing as having been with Timothy McVeigh on the day of the deadly attack. Quincy Police on Thursday spoke with the author and noti fied the FBI of the arrest of Hussain Al-Hussaini for slash ing a mans face with a beer bot tle. Capt. John Dougan said the man arrested in Quincy on Wednesday has the same name as a man featured prominently in the 2004 book The Third Terrorist: The Middle East Con nection to the Oklahoma City Bombing. Both Dougan and the author of the Oklahoma City book said the man arrested in Quincy also has a tattoo on his arm that matches the description of one on the arm of the man in the book. His age, his name, the pic ture, the mug shot, thats him, the author of The Third Terror ist, Jayna Davis, told The Patri ot Ledger in a telephone inter view. Davis said she saw the Al- Hussaini she wrote about during depositions for a libel suit he brought against her. Davis said the Al-Hussaini she wrote about is a former Iraqi solider who was seen with McVeigh in the weeks before Oklahoma City and on April 19, 1995, the day of the bombing, which killed 168 people. McVeigh was executed for his role in the bombing. The Al- Hussaini seen with him was never charged. The Al-Hussaini arrested by the Quincy police is 45 years old and is being held on $500 bail on a charge of assault and bat tery with a dangerous weapon. He is also being held for a pro bation violation. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim and to stay away from the Father Bills homeless shelter. The victim, a 37-year-old homeless man, told police Al- Hussaini struck him with a beer bottle near 1250 Hancock St. in Quincy Center around 7:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Did Russell Crowe win a defamation suit against Jayna?
Will the press cover this? Or do we have to prove it was Charlie Sheen and not Crowe who was there on the sidelines pulling strings at the OKC bombing?
Or was it Sheen who fired at the ATF agents from a spider hole at Waco?
It's hard to keep track of these things. That's why we need hard-hitting investigative media!
I heard that too but I heard and read that our Govt is actually seeking middles easterners to come to this country .
HEY GOP MIGHT WANT OT MENTION THIS.
don’t hold my breath
Sadly, the Bush administration ignored her information and basically considered her a kook.
One of the bigger Bush failings, IMO.
my thoughts too
$500 for bail. WTH;.
We’ve got combatants from all sides of the Balkan conflicts living here too.
I dated a Serbian sociologist for a while and as part of her work on her thesis she interviewed war criminals from all sides in American prisons and living here free. Those in prison will likely stay if released.
This information has been suppressed ever since her book came out and claimed there was a muslim connection to the Oklahoma bombing....
Always wondered why McVeigh was killed so fast by those who HATE capital punishment. Most sit on death row for decades. Made no sense.

as time goes on it seems one of many.i.e. the last 4 years
Jayna Davis did excellent research for her book on the OK City bombing. I consider her a credible source.
I think you meant to say, DID RUSSELL CROWE LOSE a defamation suit aginst Davis
The muslims were involved, that’s why. Have to have evil white men the terrorists so they can tell us over and over again that it just isn’t muslims who are terrorists.....
This was hid because they are infiltrating the muslims in all remote areas of the US and didn’t want a backlash....Repeat, muslims are good people...muslims are g....
Anything Jesse Ventura “investigates” will forever lose all credibility.
Not in my humble opinion.
Yep. That sent up a big red flag for me. There had to be a lot more to this story.
Once they had McVeigh, the Clinton administration had what it wanted -- a white guy with militia ties. This allowed them to smear the conservative right, Rush Limbaugh, et al, with implied blame for the bombing.
And, politically, it worked. Clinton recovered from "irrelevancy" to being back in control.
A Middle East connection, however, would've been a totally different kettle of fish -- one they didn't want to deal with. It would've required taking punitive action...and Clinton didn't want to do that.
The same kind of thinking probably applied to TW 800 -- a "spark in the center gas tank" was much more convenient than a bomb or missile.
Ventura is a far left raving psychotic moonbat piece of trash.
The idiot claims global warming is real because it gets hot in his car while waiting at the border.
Maybe the child care center at the Murrah Building shouldn't have turned away that adopted child of the two gay FBI Agents, because of homophobic Christian-Islamic influences.
A real blast from the past.
Unfortunately Bush refused to do anything about clinton’s numerous scandals. And Obama and his crooked AG certainly won’t do anything.
It would be nice to think that the Republicans in congress might raise questions. But it’ll never happen.
Maybe Janet Reno. . . .
I'm from NY, and I can tell you there were so many witnesses who saw a missile, they started a "Tell the Truth" organization. Of course, the liberal media wrote them off, too. They didn't really see what they saw, either.
