Section 8 is planned outfarming of crime.
It used to be; now landlords in suburban areas are starting to rent to them here in NJ because many taxpaying Americans are fleeing the state (due to taxes and the fact that the jobs are leaving). There are areas in Sussex County (farming area in northwestern NJ, along NY & PA borders) with a lot of “Section 8” housing - but not in tenements.
