Like the good Germans who would not personally shoot a Jew, but would not lift a finger to help one, and certainly would risk nothing to protect them from the Gestapo
Or put another way, a moderate Muslim is one who will meet you half way. If he sees you drowning twenty feet from land, he’ll toss you a ten foot rope.
