I am not counting on Social Security anyway. I have been hearing that we weren’t going to get it since I was very young. I have been saving and saving like crazy for 24 years especially during the great years of the 90’s and early 00’s. I have individual stocks and mutual funds and no 401Ks. I will receive a pension from the military starting in June 2011 when I retire. My family will be more than fine. I just can’t get caught up on money.
How about liberty and freedom? You have any interest in them? Hard to believe you served2 4 years and don't recognize that those little items are in danger of being lost.
