Looks like her jealousy is showing; she seems to be complaining that they excel academically and have supportive families. In America, we used to think those were good things. No longer, it would seem - with obvious results.
It sounds to me like she’s upset that they are rudely taking cell phone calls in the library and also like she can’t get an open washing machine on the weekend.
The bigger picture here, for me, is that her self expression rights are about to be stomped all over by people getting all wee-wee’d up over her thoughts.
