It fits. Yesterday's American Thinker article "Barack Obama: A Management Appraisal" says he is an "abdicative manager":

In classic management theory, Barack Obama would have to be described as an abdicative manager. The abdicative manager evidences a tendency to flee from responsibility and is frequently encountered in situations where he or she never wanted the job in the first place (for instance, a son or daughter who inherits a company or the individual who discovers that they are incapable of adequate performance). Abdication can be exhibited in a variety of ways, ranging from physically removing oneself through travel (the confusion of movement with action), to obsessing about personal interests or a limited range of controllable subjects.

Obama's frequent vacations and absences, especially in times of crisis, coupled with his unwillingness to personally invest himself in key initiatives, are demonstrative of this style.

Run away, Brock, run away!

In other words, Obama is just lazy and incompetent.

We knew this all along.

How a deciding 20% of the American electorate could not see this in 2008 is incredible.

Excellent article on the abdication style of 0dumbo, the inept one!

I have told my (extreme liberal dimturd boss) that 0dumbo has never had a regular standard responsible job until he finally became pres___ent of the USA. His very first OJT (on-the-training) began as pres___ent of the USA.

Even his state senate experience & his US Senate 180 days, involved a lack of discipline and absence from his committee jobs. An interesting story I recall is when 0dumbo was habitually late by 20 min to an hour for committee hearings and then would ask questions that had already been covered. In one such committee hearing chaired by Ted Kennedy, 0dumb0 was publicly admonished by Kennedy for showing up late and then trying to ask questions that had already been discussed.
