Weep. Literally.
Bill Flores better watch his step, or he will follow the way of Chet.
Sasndy Adams voted yes. I called her office and told them to vote no.
Okay was this the vote to extend the budget for a couple more weeks? The budget cuts were not for obamacare?
I did the same to Representative Flores.
Bachmann too?
It says more Republicans voted “aye” than Democrats?
I think the vote which includes Obamacare is tomorrow.
Yep. Flores, Canseco AND Farenthold all voted for it and they all need phone calls, IMO.
I think the vote which includes Obamacare is tomorrow.
I made calls to the “Republican leadership” (an oxymoron if there ever was one) this afternoon and told them they were failing the American people and we won’t stand for it.
The Obamacare vote is a procedural gimmick. It will accomplish nothing except allow Boehher to avoid having to take a stand against something that 62% of the American people clearly want abolished.
Boehher is an ass and a hack and has to go. He is all show and no go. He has no intention of letting the GOP vote out (.)bamacare from the budget, it is that simple. That decision was manifested sometime ago when the rules committee, after he told them to, said they would not include already approved funding from the continuing resolution debate. This is all a big charade.
The last stop is the debt ceiling vote coming next month I believe. Otherwise all is lost IMO. None of the junior reps, mostly Tea Party types, wish to take him on publicly, but Boehher is afraid the GOP will lose in public opinion if the gov is shut down. Frankly, I believe it is more than that as he probably does not really wish to defund it anyway. Never trust a guy who cries openly over nothing of substance because what you get is a marshmellow. I hope he gets a nice appointment in (.)bama’s second term, because he has earned it, the Judas POS.
Me too. I told them they can be unelected.
Boehner has, in a remarkably short time, proven himself unworthy and too weak to hold the position of speaker. There seems to be a growing tide against him in the House. He’s more concerned about Reid and Obama than he is in supporting the Tea Party’s agenda.
I’m calling RNC tomorrow and telling them NO DONATIONS as long as Boehner is Speaker. I can assure you that calls like this do get their attention. Money is the lifeblood of politics.
Boehner needed the TEA Party to get the Speakership and now he has nothing but contempt for it. Wanted their votes in 2010 and hopes they’ll still vote for him in 2012.
Uh..Boehner? It’s called a primary. You might want to ask your friends Bennett and Specter about it.
2012 will find both him and his pal Obama without jobs.
