The answer is to mirror the Mexican system. If you are a foreign national working in Mexico without a work visa you are imprisoned immediately.
After your family pays a hefty fine they have to send the money to pay for your ticket home. Otherwise you stay in prison.

Saw the ‘protest’ on the nightly news here. Maybe 20 people. But it will be covered like there were thousands.

Mr Hughes states that there are four comitted major groups that "are going to walk away" from coming to the Indianapolis Covention. Ah yes, the ace card of his kind. We have been through this in Ontario, Canada. Cries of such and such a group cancelling bookings at the cities finest hostelry. Talk of qualified people "leaving town".

All because a resolution was passed that our town council meetings proceed in English. One family had already planned to leave months before. The woman said it was because of the English only edict. Business did not suffer. The misgivings and threats turned out to be a bunch of hooey.

I wonder how Mr Hughes knows this?
