A Fairfax County man died Monday night after his car was forced into oncoming traffic near Fort Belvoir by a repeat drunk driver, who had previously been deported for entering the country illegally, authorities said Tuesday.Carlos Sanchez-Ramos, 33, was charged with aggravated involuntary manslaughter and other counts. The victim was identified as Paul J. Krause, 54, of Glenbarr Court in Fairfax Station.
After the crash, police said Sanchez-Ramos climbed out of the car with a three-year-old boy and ran away. Police arrested him a short distance away on Route 1.
Court records indicate his blood-alcohol content was roughly twice the legal definition of intoxication. Sanchez-Ramos, who lives on Grandview Court in the Springfield area, was previously convicted of drunk driving.Immigration officials identified the man as Carlos Lagos Ramos, and said he had been deported to his native Honduras in January 2004. At some point after that, Ramos reentered the country illegally, Cori W. Bassett, a spokeswoman for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said Tuesday.
In November 2007, Fairfax police arrested him after a single-car accident, according to court records, and charged him under the name “Sanchez-Ramos” with drunk driving. But the Fairfax jail did not automatically check his immigration status, as it does now for prisoners, with fingerprints through ICE’s Secure Communities program, and he was released.
In addition to Krause’s death, a husband and wife, ages 77 and 73, suffered serious injuries when they were struck head on by Krause’s car, police said. They remained hospitalized Tuesday but are expected to survive.The three-year-old boy with Sanchez-Ramos was not injured. Police said they did not know if the boy was his son. A 31-year-old man who was a passenger in Sanchez-Ramos’s car also was not hurt and did not flee the scene.

Well, it happened in Fairfax, not Prince William, so I doubt anyone will care. Fairfax authorities have instituted a de facto sanctuary area for illegals here.
I think ol' Jer, aka "Canoli" should do the decent thing here and go kill himself as soon as possible.
Jer also supports the idea that Planned Parenthood in Richmond should be taking care of "the girls from Paper Moon", a strip joint in the same immediate area. He does like his whores young you know!
So, if every time you get arrested you give the cops a different name, you will get off easy every time.

Now, back to the immediate problem ~ we have a guy in Congress who is actually directly responsible for this particular death, Jerry Connolly.
He looks like a canoli though. But, no more Mr. Nice Guy when dealing with “Killer Canoli”. We gotta get this guy out of Congress. He is an embarrassment of the worst sort.

Ain’t gonna happen - with the help of the Republicans who want to preserve their own seats, they are redistricting Connolly into a safe, secure democrat district. Connolly and the other corrupted crook democrat Jim Moran will be reelected until the day they die in this new scheme thanks to Republicans taking care of themselves.
Until he was caught at it in a Crime Commission hearing, the police chief of Fairfax County, a Connolly buddy, deliberately did not keep required data on the immigration status of jailed criminals to keep the people in the dark about how much crime was being committed by illegal alien hispanics in Fairfax county.
This is about the tenth story like this in Virginia. You could use the same story and just change the names of the victim and the name of the illegal alien - who probably votes (democrat, naturally) because of the fraudulent voter registration drives by the SEIU, ACORN, La Raza, and the Virginia democrat party. It’s what cost the election for George Allen when he lost to Jim Webb by 7000 votes.

Suck it up, America; neither party is helping with this issue. When Americans expected at least $8 hour for work (along with workers comp, etc.), and stopped mortgaging their futures with out-of-control consumer spending, our government (both parties) brought in a lot of people who would remedy that.
I can’t wait until these illegals start doing to politicians and their families what they’ve been doing for years to us “commoners”.
I lived in Fairfax in my high school years but my family that still live there tell me it’s a multi-culty cesspool now.
BTW, this news story concerns ONLY the concoction of the incumbent Congresscritters, not what the state legislature has in mind.
That doesn't happen until next month. My legislative representative already knows what I think needs to happen ~ and I am holding his wife, chilllun's and girlfriends captive in my basement until he delivers the goods.
