Section 203 of ObamaCare establishes a "Regular Corps" and a "Reserve Corps".
Section 203 of ObamaCare establishes a "Regular Corps" and a "Reserve Corps" for "service in time of national emergency".
Its provisions include:
- The officers "shall be appointed without regard to the civil-service laws and compensated without regard to the Classification Act".
- The Corps shall "be available and ready for involuntary calls to active duty during national emergencies and public health crises, similar to the uniformed service reserve personnel."
What does this have to do with "affordable health care"???
But, it does sound familiar???
Hitlers police state worked on the rule that if you said nothing, no harm, could come to you. If you had doubts about the way the country was going, you kept them to yourself - or paid the price. As nearly 17 million people had not voted for either the Nazis or the Nationalist in March 1933, a large and visible police force was required to keep this sizeable group under observation and control.
In Nazi Germany the police were allowed to arrest people on suspicion that they were about to do wrong. This gave the police huge powers. All local police units had to draw up a list of people in their locality who might be suspected of being "Enemies of the State". This list was given to the Gestapo - the Secret Police. The Gestapo had the power to do as it liked. Its leader - Reinhard Heydrich - was one of the most feared man in Nazi Germany. His immediate chief was Heinrich Himmler. Both men ran their respective branches with ruthless efficiency.
Another example of "we have to pass it and hope no one finds out what's in it!!!" Another reason the liberalistas were so intent on passing it and are intent on keeping it, and another reason the entire thing needs to be repealed.
Awful. We NEED to repeal this.
We’ve got to vote for it to see what’s in it.
Guys guys guys. We got to let it go into affect before we do anything rash /sarcasm
May the US news media burn in hell for failing to do their damn jobs in informing the American people what the tyrants in Washington did to them when they passed it.
Oh, not this paranoid nonsense again:
That provision is probably one of the few bits of the Obamacare bill that should be preserved in the GOP replacement. It establishes a reserve component for the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, an already existing, but little known, uniformed service consisting entirely of physicians and nurses.
Oh there were lots of goodies in the bill that have nothihng to do with healthcare... too many to mention and so confusing that they can be easily interpreted to mean just about anything Obama and his cronies want them to mean.
Problem with that is an armed public in no mood for a bunch cialist bozos trying any funny stuff.
We were posting about that when the bill was first done. Other things have taken place since that ought really alarm people. We’ve recently agreed to share troops with Canada and vice versa.

It's related to disaster prep. Loosely associated with CERT (community emergency response teams)
History will not treat Obama well.
Throughout election season I hope all the failings of this President and his socialist party are shouted loudly and clearly. This was their bill, the legislation we just had to have, and now they can be accountable to it by voters. Oh yeah, and hopefully the Supreme Court too.
With Obama, Pelosi & Reid paranoia is the common sense reaction.
the American so called media are nothing but the propaganda wing for the left.
They are disgusting and to call themselves journalists is sick.
These people sit there at the white house briefing like it’;s a love fest.
They have covered for their messiah since he talked at the Dem convention and if Hannity or others had balls they’d call the media out and show them in their bias.
That’s interesting. Does Section 203 define what “Regular” and “reserve corps” are? I can’t find it.
Knowing that would define intent. So before everyone goes off half-cocked and running around in circles flapping their arms, let’s do a bit more research.
