My take on the "revolution" in the Middle East is that this has been plotted and orchestrated by marxists who are working in tandem with Iran (Muslim Brotherhood) to overthrow all Sunni regimes and replace them with Shia puppets that can be controlled by the Hitler in Iran.
Call me crazy but that is my take on everything on the Middle East. And yes I believe Obama is supportive of the Hitler in Iran and is working in tandem with him.
“I do have a question though is Gadaffi Shia or Sunni?”
That’s a tricky question. North Africa is mostly Sunni, so it’s more likely he has a Sunni background. Besides that, he has said in the past he doesn’t believe in the Sunni/Shia division, but then later made overtures to Iran about created a Neo-Fatimid Shiite Empire in North Africa.
He’s also said in the past that Libya is an African nation, and that Arabs should stay out of the business of African nations, and then later said that North Africa and the Berbers are 100% Arabs...
So, I’m getting the impression that his allegiance blows whichever way he thinks will benefit him the most.

Well, the Muslim Brotherhood and Al Qaeda are both Sunni groups, but of course they do have a common enemies with Iran: both the West and the “moderate” Sunni governments. However, I think any cooperation between the two is probably an arrangement of convenience. They might work together against common foes, but I doubt Al Qaeda and the Muslim Brotherhood want to help set up Shia puppet states. Their goal is a Pan-Islamic caliphate, not the creation of a new Persian superpower.
He's Sunni Muslim.

The Shia element might be right, but Gadaffi an Libya are already socialist (strongly leaning toward communist). Gadaffi was personally and admirer of Egypt's Nasser and he cheered when Sadat was assassinated. But post 9/11, Gadaffi has been the West's "best friend" in the ME until his people turned on him recently. We've turned on him even quicker than we did Mubarek -- but it's not working out the way we thought.
Despots tend to believe that they are god.
