Maybe he’s a citizen maybe not. No one knows FOR CERTAIN.

He is mot definitely NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN as the Constitution specifically requires.

While making sure it never happens again.

Hah. The Republicans aren't even taking the steps to make sure of that. Their leaders are blocking attempts in multiple states to require a long form birth certificate to get on the 2012 ballot.

It’s just the way it is.

No, it's killing the innocent. Which the Constitution forbids.

"No person shall be deprived of life without due process of law."

"No State shall deprive any person of life without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

“Conservatives have multiple battles to fight to reverse the socialist criminal polidiots. But they have to fight em all or lose the war.”

Choose the time and place of your battles of be defeated.

West strikes me as a more than competent political battle strategist.

Unfortunately West won’t say it...but the powers that be in both parties will never let the truth out on this. It is a death sentence for a ton of people if it did get out. They just won’t let it ever happen.

Any state that passes the birth certificate requirement and is enacted before the 2012 election you watch Obama will just not look to get those electoral votes.

Solly Cholly. I’ll let you bang your head on that brick wall. It’s the equivalent of the gov’t deciding it can choose whom to kidnap and impregnate. The gov’t can’t and neither can the Ted Bundy’s of the world. Not in the real world anyway.

especially after this.
But that happened before he was sworn into the club. ;*(”

HEY FRIENDS!
Just remember one thing. This came from the Palm Beach Post! If anyone would quit supporting Allen West due to this Palm Beach interview, then you must not have really been a supporter in the first place. The Palm Beach Post just LOVED Ron Klien! :)

To me, Obama is secondary to the actual issue which is the loophole in the constitution that never requires proof. The constitution requires that he be a natural born citizen but leaves it up to the candidate’s party to declare him eligible.

I think the constitutional loophole can be closed in the individual state by a proof of eligibility requirement but it can’t be all about Obama.

I’m also concerned about the way liberals seem to bring it up when it starts to get quiet. After all, Cass Sunstein once wrote about leading political enemies astray with conspiracy theories and false conspiracy theories. When my congressman was asked about it, the guy who asked turned out to be a moonbat.

Let us assume, for the sake of the argument, that Barrack is perfectly ineligible for office in all ways possible and imagined. Every way that anybody across the US of A and around the world for all time immemorial can suggest how Obama is ineligible and criminal is perfectly true.

As long as he is president, you are not going to find the evidence you are looking for and those most capable of giving evidence are not going to speak up, so Obama is protected.

You’re not going to beat the Dems and Obama by finding key documents that show him to be ineligible and possibly traitorous.

He needs to be beaten on policies and the disasterous consequences that those policies are having on your country. That is what will beat him.

Once he is beaten and out of office, those using him will no longer protect him, then you will have what you are looking for.

None of them care one whit about their oath, or what the Constitution requires of them.

So where do you suggest we go from here? Or are you of the fatalist group, that the U.S. is already in its death throes and why bother trying?

So your opinion of Congressman Allen West dropped as a result of reading an article done by a reporter from the newspaper that LOVED RON KLEIN! So be it! But you are dropping support of Allen West for nothing.

Not according to any legal construct in the Constitution. Sec 1.5 just says the President must be natural born. It doesnt define natural born and it doesnt express who has to prove it.

It’s an argument that may be needed to save the world before or after 2012. You take things too much for granted.

There is actually no conspiracy about his birth. It really doesn’t matter if he was born in Hawaii.

He can not be a natural born citizen since he was not born of 2 US citizens. He is a dual citizen either way. If his father was a naturalized citizen, then he could be considered natural born if born in Hawaii. But, that is another story! His father was of British citizenry which makes bambi not natural born.

At least West has won an election unlike Alan Keyes...

Or Herman Cain. They probably would have, if they didn't jump to run for president or senator right away.

So, we’re being told by West that we shouldn’t care if the POTUS can prove he meets the most basic requirements of the Constitution, and that we shouldn’t care if the Constitution is followed when it comes to the most important reason for the existence of government, which is to protect the unalienable right to life of the individual person.

Just another useless false flag Republican. Bleh.

Obama may be President legally, but he’s acting like the Party Animal in Chief.
